At Learnography, the way we interact with our clients is changing at a rapid pace. Gone are the days when a client would simply provide the content and a list of deliverables and then wait for the final products to show up at their door. The relationship Learnography has with our clients is far from one way: we treat every client as a partner, collaborating with them at each stage of the production process to ensure that our skills are best used to meet their needs. This allows our team to create products and experiences that include the minute details that are difficult to communicate, but make all the difference between a good design and a great design.

Every project at Learnography begins with a detailed discovery process and robust project management life cycle. These processes create a solid foundation for the rest of the project, allowing us to design in an agile way that constantly elicits our clients’ input and feedback. We don’t focus on what deliverables we’re creating, we focus on why we’re creating them. This puts us in the same head space as our partners, giving us the ability to see from their point of view. With each iteration of a design not only brings us one step closer to the final product, but also gives us a deeper understanding of our partner’s needs and wants, allowing us to bring their ideas to life. This fosters even greater partnership and shared ownership to create the best learning experience possible and to inspire meaningful organizational change.

The relationship we have with our partners allows us to create experiences far more powerful and engaging than a traditional model could produce. The impact we have on our partners, and the impact our partners have on us, is how we are able to ensure that they can use our solutions to change the lives of learners.
